We do the shopping for you

If you have trouble placing orders online, we can handle the shopping on your behalf. We specialize in purchasing hard-to-find products from a variety of online stores. You’ll pay using your CargoNest LLC account, and we’ll take care of the rest.

It’s easy! Simply tell us what you need, then relax while your package is delivered to your CargoNest LLC account.

After logging in, click on "Assisted Purchase," followed by "New Assisted Purchase." Provide the details such as product description, quantity, product number, and total price (including shipping to our warehouse). You can gather this info by adding your chosen items to your shopping cart on your preferred website, proceeding to checkout, and entering our shipping address to see the full cost.

We'll verify availability and make the purchase.

We allow a $10 USD overage for Assisted Purchases, meaning if the total exceeds your paid amount by up to $10 USD, we’ll still complete the order. This difference will be reflected as a negative balance in your CargoNest LLC account. If the price exceeds the $10 USD limit, we’ll contact you to decide the next steps.

Once we receive your order, we’ll place it in your suite for shipping when you’re ready.

After your package arrives, we’ll inspect it to ensure everything is correct and undamaged. Once the inspection is done, your package will be added to your CargoNest LLC account, and you’ll be notified. You can then schedule shipping to your desired destination, with the shipping charges applied when you arrange the mail-out.

How much does it cost to ship a package? If you shop yourself:

* If you make the purchase and ship it to us:

  • $2 USD Processing Fee
  • Shipping Fee (depends on the package weight and chosen delivery service)
  • VAT, GST, or import duties depending on the destination country. Some countries require these fees to be prepaid, while others may charge upon arrival.

How much does it cost to ship a package? If we shop for you:

  • Cost of Goods Purchased
  • Seller's Shipping Fee (to the warehouse)
  • Domestic Sales Tax
  • $8.50 USD Assisted Purchase Fee
  • Bank Fee (Processing fee of 4.3% for PayPal and credit card payments)
  • CargoNest LLC Commission (8% of the purchase total)
  • $2 USD Processing Fee
  • Shipping Fee (based on weight and selected delivery service)
  • VAT, GST, or import duties based on your destination country. You may need to pay these fees in advance or upon delivery.

How the CargoNest LLC personal shopper works

Step 1

Sign up with CargoNest LLC and send us a Personal Shopper request through your CargoNest LLC account.

Step 2

Read the important notes on the FAQ page, as well as the store return policy. Provide the details of your order. If you would like to purchase from more than one store, please create a separate personal shopper request for each store.

Step 3

Make payment for the requested products. CargoNest LLC charges your credit card or sends a PayPal invoice for the products.

Step 4

CargoNest LLC orders your requested products from the store. An email is sent to you once the order has been placed.

Step 5

An email is sent to you when your package arrives at your CargoNest LLC address. Because your order is delivered to an alternate address outside of our processing center, please allow up to two weeks for the order to be registered from the date of sending a Personal Shopper request.
